2. Principles
Swipe Tennis is a game that runs entirely on your iPhone. The app collects no personal data and sends nothing to the developer or third parties. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. The app does not use the internet.
3. Data stored on your device
So that the game knows your progress, it stores the following only on your device:
- the name you give your player, and their body and outfit colour,
- which opponents you have beaten,
- whether you finished or skipped the training.
This data is not sent to the developer or third parties and is removed when you delete the app. As part of the app's data it may be included in a device backup you set up (such as iCloud Backup), which Apple manages.
4. Beta versions through TestFlight
If you use a beta through Apple's TestFlight service, Apple processes data such as your email address or name (if you were invited by email), device information, crash reports and the feedback you choose to send, and makes it available to the developer in App Store Connect to fix problems. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an app that works). Details: Apple: TestFlight & Privacy.
5. App Store
When you buy and download the app through the App Store, Apple processes data under its own responsibility. The developer receives no payment data. Details: apple.com/legal/privacy.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. As the app itself sends no data to the developer, the developer usually holds no data about you from using it. For questions, write to hallo@feierabendapps.app.
7. Changes
If the app changes the way it handles data, this policy will be updated. The version published here applies.
